Take a Deep Dive into interesting books and corresponding guest speakers. Whether you are a master gardener or have yet to get your gloves dirty, this is a great opportunity to gather with others who share your passion for our natural world. Books are a great way to get to know people while learning something new.

Stumpery Workshop – The Sequel
In case you missed the previous workshop, and are new to the stumpery term, the world’s first stumpery was created in Staffordshire, England, in the mid-19th century. Using old stumps, root balls, ferns, mosses, and other low-light thriving plants, gardeners created unique, almost fantastical spaces all over the UK and then beyond.

Our Bi-Annual Kids Fishing Event
Lockerly’s bi-annual fishing event is here. It is FREE for all kids to fish the pond recently stocked by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources with catfish.
Come see if you can reel in the biggest fish!

Grab a friend and come get in your steps, and enjoy a walk around the arboretum. Coffee is available in front of the admin office.
No cost, we just ask for a donation if you wish.
